Warranty Policy

At Kingboss, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Please review the terms below to understand what is covered and how to make a claim.


1. What Is Covered

During the warranty period, Kingboss will, at its option, repair or replace any product or component that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Covered components include:

  • The battery cells
  • The Battery Management System
  • The battery casing and terminals

2. Warranty Period

The warranty period is 12 months from the original date of purchase, as recorded on your sales receipt or order confirmation. If you cannot provide proof of purchase, the warranty period will be calculated from the date of manufacture.


3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation, use, or storage that does not follow the product manual
  • Use with non-compatible chargers or inverters
  • Physical abuse, impact, or unauthorized modification
  • Exposure to temperatures outside the specified operating range
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface rust
  • Damage resulting from prolonged deep discharge beyond recommended limits
  • Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized resellers

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect, if applicable.
  3. Our support team will assess your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.
  4. If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return.

Do not return the product without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved and the product needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Kingboss will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.


6. Limitations

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Kingboss. To the extent permitted by law, Kingboss disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Kingboss's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and does not extend to any incidental or consequential damages.


7. Design Lifespan vs. Warranty

Our LiFePO4 batteries are engineered for a design lifespan of 5 to 10 years under normal usage conditions. The 12-month warranty protects you against early manufacturing defects. Properly maintained, your battery will continue to provide reliable service long after the warranty period ends.
