Before You Order

• Double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Incorrect addresses may delay delivery.

• Use a valid email address to receive order and tracking confirmations.

• For battery purchases, confirm that your existing charger or converter supports a LiFePO4 charging profile (14.2V to 14.6V).

After You Order

• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

• A shipping confirmation with tracking number will follow within 1-3 business days.

• Save your order number. You will need it for any inquiries about your purchase.

When Your Order Arrives

• Inspect the package upon delivery. If the box shows visible damage, take photos before opening.

• Retain the original packaging. If you ever need to return your battery, it must ship in compliant packaging per hazardous materials regulations.

• Read the product manual before installation. Proper setup ensures safe operation and maximum battery life.
