We know you are looking forward to receiving your order. Here is how to check your delivery status.

How to Track
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the tracking link in that email, or copy the tracking number and enter it on the carrier's website.

Tracking information typically appears within 24 hours after your shipping confirmation is sent. If your tracking number does not show results immediately, the carrier may still be updating their system.

What Your Tracking Tells You
Your tracking number lets you follow your package from our facility to your delivery address. You will see when the label is created, when the package is picked up, when it reaches sorting facilities, when it is out for delivery, and when it has been delivered.

Tracking Not Working?
If your tracking number does not show any information after 48 hours, or if tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com. We will check on your package and update you on its status.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check around your delivery location, ask neighbors, and wait 24 hours before contacting us. We will work with the carrier to locate your order.
