How to Track Your Order

Understanding Your Order Status
Your order goes through several stages from placement to delivery. Here's what each status means:
Order Received
What it means: We've received your order and payment has been confirmed.
What's happening: Your order is in our system and will be processed soon.
Timeframe: Immediate after order placement
Processing
What it means: Your order is being prepared for shipment.
What's happening: We're picking, packing, and quality-checking your items.
Timeframe: 1-3 business days
Shipped
What it means: Your order has left our facility and is on its way to you.
What's happening: The carrier is transporting your package to your address.
Timeframe: Varies by shipping method (see delivery estimates below)
In Transit
What it means: Your package is moving through the carrier's network.
What's happening: Your package is being transported between carrier facilities.
Timeframe: Updates occur as package moves through checkpoints
Out for Delivery
What it means: Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
What's happening: The carrier is delivering packages in your area.
Timeframe: Usually delivered by end of business day
Delivered
What it means: Your package has been successfully delivered.
What's happening: The package should be at your delivery address.
Timeframe: Check your doorstep, mailbox, or safe location

Tracking Number Not Working?
If your tracking number isn't showing any information, here's what to do:
Wait 24-48 Hours
Tracking information may not appear immediately after your order ships. Carriers typically update their systems within 24-48 hours of receiving the package.
Check for Typos
Make sure you've entered the tracking number correctly:
- No extra spaces before or after the number
- All characters are correct (check for similar-looking letters/numbers like O/0, I/1)
- Copy and paste directly from your shipping confirmation email
Verify the Carrier
Make sure you're tracking on the correct carrier's website. Check your shipping confirmation email to see which carrier is handling your delivery.

Haven't Received Tracking Information?
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information:
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Common Tracking Issues & Solutions

Tracking Hasn't Updated in Days
Issue: No tracking updates for several days.
Solution: Packages sometimes don't get scanned at every checkpoint. This is common and doesn't mean your package is lost. If there's no update for 5+ days, contact the carrier or us for assistance.
"Delivered" But Package Not Received
Issue: Tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package.
Solution:
- Check around your delivery location (porch, garage, mailbox)
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Check with building management or leasing office
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
- Contact the carrier to verify delivery location

"Exception" or "Delay" Status
Issue: Tracking shows an exception or delay.
Solution: This usually means a temporary delay due to weather, high volume, or other issues. The carrier will typically resolve it and continue delivery. Monitor tracking for updates or contact the carrier for details.
"Return to Sender" Status
Issue: Package is being returned to us.

International Order Tracking
