Return and Refund Policy

At Kingboss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all accessories and manuals
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2. Important Notice for Battery Returns
Lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials. To ensure safe transport and compliance with shipping regulations, returned batteries must:
- Be properly packaged in the original box with all protective inserts
- Have terminals covered or protected to prevent short circuits during transit
- Not show signs of physical damage, swelling, leakage, or improper use
- Be shipped in accordance with hazardous materials shipping guidelines
Failure to properly package a battery return may result in the carrier refusing the shipment or additional fees. We will provide detailed packaging instructions when your return is authorized.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modification
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Gift cards
We do not have final sale items. All products are covered by our 30-day return policy.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging following our battery return guidelines
- Ship the return to the address provided in our return instructions
We do not accept returns sent back without prior authorization.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Send you an email confirming receipt of your return
- Process your refund within 10 business days
- Issue the refund to your original payment method
- Notify you via email when the refund has been processed
Please note: It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at kingbosspower1@gmail.com
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- A prepaid return label will be provided if the item needs to be returned
9. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
- No additional charges will apply
10. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order. Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund while you shop for the replacement.
11. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at kingbosspower1@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following our standard return process.
