All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Label creation and carrier pickup
Important Notes:
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships
- Processing times do not include shipping transit time
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take slightly longer

Express Shipping

Overnight Shipping

- Best For: Urgent orders
- Tracking: Included with priority handling
- Note: Must be ordered before 12:00 PM EST for next-day processing

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, including:

International Shipping

International Customers Please Note:
- You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes

5. Order Tracking

- Ensure someone is available to receive the package

Tracking Issues

6. Delivery & Signature Requirements
Standard Delivery
- Most packages are delivered to your doorstep
- Signature may be required for high-value items
- Carriers may leave packages in a safe location if no one is home
Signature Required
Signature confirmation may be required for:

- High-risk delivery areas

7. Shipping Address
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes

8. Delivery Issues
Package Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check around your delivery location (porch, garage, mailbox)
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Check with your building manager or leasing office
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number

Lost or Stolen Packages
- File a claim with the shipping carrier
- Contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com with your order number
- We will work with you to resolve the issue
- Consider filing a police report for stolen packages
Damaged Packages

- Do not discard the packaging

9. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be returned to us as undeliverable due to:

- Package unclaimed at post office
If your package is returned to us:

- You can choose to have the package reshipped (additional shipping fees apply)
- Or request a refund minus original shipping costs

12. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped:
- It cannot be cancelled
- You may refuse delivery and return to sender, OR

13. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items:
- May ship in separate packages from different warehouses
- May arrive on different days
- Will each have separate tracking numbers
- You will receive tracking information for each shipment
14. Backorders & Pre-Orders
Backorders
- If an item becomes backordered after you place your order, we will notify you
- You can choose to wait for the item or cancel that portion of your order
- In-stock items will ship immediately; backordered items ship when available
Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items will ship on or after the specified release date
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately
- You will be notified when pre-order items are ready to ship
