Shipping Policy

At Kingboss, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. All orders ship free of charge to addresses within the contiguous United States. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing, delivery, and important lithium battery shipping requirements.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During processing, we verify your order and payment, inspect and prepare your battery, and securely package it in compliance with lithium battery shipping regulations. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


2. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Shipping costs are covered by Kingboss. We select the most appropriate carrier based on your location and lithium battery shipping regulations. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Please note that lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials, which may require specialized handling and could affect transit times. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Lithium Battery Shipping Requirements

Lithium batteries are regulated as hazardous materials during transport. All Kingboss batteries are shipped in full compliance with applicable regulations, including proper packaging, labeling, and carrier declarations. These safety measures are in place to protect you, the carrier, and the environment.


5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Due to hazardous materials shipping regulations, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes at this time. We do not currently offer international shipping.


6. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your package. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at kingbosspower1@gmail.com. Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped. Once shipped, address changes may incur additional fees from the carrier.


8. Delivery & Signature

We do not require signature on delivery. If you prefer a signature-required delivery, please contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that signature-required delivery may incur additional carrier fees.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your package. Kingboss is not responsible for packages after they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. If you have concerns about package security at your delivery location, we recommend considering a signature-required option or shipping to an alternate address where someone will be present to receive the delivery.


9. Delivery Issues

Package Not Received. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, first check around your delivery location and ask neighbors. If still not located, contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier on your behalf to locate your package.

Damaged Package. If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the damaged packaging and items, retain all packaging materials, and contact us within 48 hours at kingbosspower1@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Lost Package. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send you a replacement or process a full refund.


10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipment may require an additional shipping address verification. We want to make sure your order reaches you.


11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
