Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days, express shipping takes 2-5 business days. Processing time is 1-3 business days before shipment. Due to hazardous materials regulations for lithium batteries, certain shipping methods and destinations may be restricted. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Q: Do you ship to all US states?
A: We ship within the contiguous United States. Lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials, which may limit shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote areas. If your location cannot be served, we will contact you before processing your order.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your package.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: Contact us immediately at kingbosspower1@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Opened or used batteries may be subject to a restocking fee. See our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Batteries must be properly packaged for safe transport per hazardous materials guidelines.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: For defective or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Additional time may be needed for the refund to appear in your account.


Warranty

Q: What warranty comes with my battery?
A: All Kingboss LiFePO4 batteries include a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty includes free repair or replacement of the defective unit. See our Warranty Policy for full terms and coverage details.

Q: How long will the battery actually last?
A: Our LiFePO4 batteries are engineered for a design lifespan of 5 to 10 years, depending on usage patterns and depth of discharge. With proper care, many users enjoy reliable performance for well over a decade. The 1-year warranty covers you against early manufacturing defects, while the LiFePO4 chemistry ensures the battery outlasts lead-acid alternatives many times over.

Q: What does the warranty not cover?
A: The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, incorrect charging equipment, physical abuse, or use outside the specified operating conditions. Please review the product manual for proper usage guidelines.


Product & Compatibility

Q: Will this battery fit my RV or boat?
A: Our 12.8V 100Ah batteries use the Group 31 form factor, which fits most standard RV and marine battery trays. Please check your existing battery compartment dimensions against the product specifications listed on each product page.

Q: What charger do I need?
A: We recommend using a charger with a dedicated LiFePO4 charging profile (14.2V to 14.6V). Most modern RV converters, marine chargers, and solar charge controllers have a lithium setting. Using a lead-acid charger is not recommended and may reduce battery performance.

Q: Can I connect multiple batteries together?
A: Yes. Our batteries support up to 4 in series and 4 in parallel. Always use identical batteries with the same capacity and age. See the product manual for detailed configuration instructions.


Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours if they have not yet been processed. Contact us immediately at kingbosspower1@gmail.com.

Q: Will I receive an order confirmation?
A: Yes. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Q: Do you offer bulk purchasing?
