Return and Refund Policy

At kingbosspower1, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, or hygiene products (unless defective)
  • Digital products or downloadable items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  5. Ship the return to the address provided in our return instructions

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Change of mind or unwanted items: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation that we've received your return
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method
  • Notify you via email when the refund has been processed

Please note: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

7. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • Contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com to arrange an exchange
  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the replacement item
  • We will refund the original item once received and inspected

Note: We recommend placing a new order for the replacement item to ensure availability.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately at kingbosspower1@gmail.com
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • A prepaid return label will be provided if the item needs to be returned

9. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
  • No additional charges will apply

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  • Contact your credit card company - it may take time for the refund to post
  • Contact your bank - there may be processing delays
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com

11. Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, a restocking fee may apply for:

  • Large or bulky items
  • Special order items
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window

Any applicable restocking fees will be communicated before you complete your return.

12. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method
  • Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase

13. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us immediately at kingbosspower1@gmail.com to request a cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned following our standard return process.
