Shipping & Logistics Policy

At kingbosspower1, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping and logistics policy below.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time - check our website for current offers.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select locations - please contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com for international shipping inquiries.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look around your delivery location for a safe place the carrier may have left it
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Contact us at kingbosspower1@gmail.com if you still cannot locate your package
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. However, we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues. Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage to the carrier and to us within 48 hours.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships - contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address.
9. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
10. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
11. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning shipped items.
12. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders at this time. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination.
13. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
